Hcc St. Moritz Hotel - Barcelona

The staff greeted us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore attractions like Casa Batlo and Plaza Catalunya on foot.

Everything is really nice, room size is perfect, bed is epecially comfortable, good quiet location, helpful staff,.... Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again!

Just the in-room safety box cost 7euro per day is very expensive, (should be free as in other 3/4stars hotels!) and Wifi is difficult to connect.

The room is good sized and equipped with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. Functional bathroom is spacious. The staff is friendly attentive and very knowledgeable, that's an advantage. All in all they offer great service. Besides, guests can park cars onsite.

I had a great stay! The buffet breakfast had such a nice variety, and the staff was super helpful, even printing our boarding passes. I loved that the room was really clean, but it was a bit dark and outdated.

No shower fan or ventilation in bathroom! The view from the room window was of an internal air shaft in the building... Ugly. Breakfast outrageously expensive, so did not use it.

Excellent location. Being only half a block away from Pasaje de Gracia was a great choice. The very good and quality breakfast with many options. The tables with cloth tablecloths, something you see less and less in 4 star hotels. Very good quality of sleep. Very good mattress and pillows. Excellent that in the bathtub offer a non-slip towel. It is something that I always "suffer" in various hotels. It also has a handle to feel more secure during the bath . I would like to highlight Miss Valeria Garcia at the reception, who both when I arrived, took care of carrying my luggage from the entrance to the hall, where there are three or four steps, and her loving and kind greeting every day, which made me feel that I was returning to "home". You can't always feel that in an accommodation.

The location was a huge plus, all within a comfortable walking distance. Our room was spacious enough for three, and we appreciated the friendly front desk staff who helped store our luggage for a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed some local dining options and found everything we needed close by.

Great hotel in a good part of Barcelona. Staff extremely helpful. Cant comment on food because we didnt sample it. Would certainly recommend or stay there again.

My one quibble is why they find it necessary to charge for the room safe. This is annoying in an otherwise great experience.

We truly enjoyed the convenience of the twin room, as well as central heating, an iron and an electronic key card etc. The location was stunning, a few steps away from areroM we oelL asaC.

Comfortable room, excellent internet, with spacious accommodations and a convenient location just a 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia, making it easy to explore the city.

Great location, good size room kept really clean. Room at back of hotel so really quiet. Helpful staff and nice welcome drink. Good, free wifi near reception.

Air conditioning didn't seem to keep room cool enough.

The friendly front desk staff. The morning breakfasts were good, with artisan bread that was a standout. The bar service was inconsistent, as not all staff offered drink service to the table, which left room for improvement.
